The first rule of the thunderdome is…
March 12th, 2006 Edit
Attention loyal readers. Up until this point in time, you had to register with our site in order to comment. Unfortunately before today I did not realize this was the case. Inside the engine that runs the thunderdome there was a checkbox that stated that anyone must me registered and logged in before they could comment. The regime that built this engine sneekily snuck this check box in there in an attempt to control their marketshare on the blogosphere. After realizing that this goes completely against the morals and beliefs of a free-market thunderdome, with great vengious and furious anger I unchecked this bureaucratic tyrant of a checkbox. So welcome to the thunderdome….If this is your first time in the thunderdome, you have to comment.

I understand the need to use movie allusions on the internet to make ourselves feel smarter. Sort of like a little expository writing flashback to high school, only with movies everybody knows instead of dusty literature. But inciting people to comment on websites only pushes the floodgates of meaningless drivel open a little farther. Anyone who spends their time browsing the interenet really doesn’t have anything too insightful to contribute besides, “check this out dudes!!!! http://www.checkthisout.com.” Anyway, thats my manditory first time to the thunderdome comment, I’ll spare you guys any further.
P.S. Using fight club for you movie reference would’ve been cooler.
